i found whole foods pizza to be too greasy. i have to go with fleur de lis. i might not go there that often, but i have childhood memories of my dad bring home a half-baked pizza for us to have at dinner. it's amazing. godfather's is a close second.

I don't often go that far south, but I have heard a considerable amount about Pepper's. I'll be sure to try it when I get a chance.

I have had BJ's before and I'll agree that it's pretty good. Of course, the restaurant started as a pizza parlor, so it's kind of their namesake. But, like with the rest of BJ's, I feel that their pizza is just good, and not great. But, that's not a bad thing: they do a lot of things good instead of a few things great—and it works.
